I rarely stay at airport hotels. This time, my trip from London to the US combined business meetings with driving a car to see our son at a western MA prep school. My husband and I were on our way to Alaska for our 30th anniversary. We decided to stay overnight in Boston to catch an early flight. We stayed at this hotel for its close location to the airport. Awesome hotel, right on the harbor. Shuttle to/from airport and subway. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the harbor. A+++++

You do not feel to be in a airport Hotel !!
Best view in Boston. Perfect Location

Parking is $28 a night!!!! Rooms not worth money - old fixtures - no guest laundry facilities. Everything is very expensive - staff so-so.

Hint for ordering room-service meals - only order off the kids menu - decent values that way - comparable to the adult-price meal - at a much better price.

I feel violated by this expensive no-value hotel. Never again!

We held a convention at this hotel and it was a debacle from the time we arrived until well after we left. They overcharged us for room rental, they charged us for food that we never ordered or ate. The General Manager did next to nothing to rectify the situation.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel 2 nights, first night we waited 40 minutes at the airport in the cold, at night for the shuttle to pick us up. It is only about a 3 minute drive !!! The second night ( we had prepaid and could not get a refund or would not have stayed there again !!) and it was about 5 degrees out and the heater didn't work in ...

Room was not noisy, food was decent staff friendly fine hotel for overnight

Decent for the money. Fire place inside. Clean. Close to everything.
