One of my personal belongings was stolen in this hotel.
My suitcase was obviously open and my headset stolen.
There was a safe in the bedroom, but too small to contain all my valuable items (camera, etc).
The hotel declined to reimburse.

It's just a great location which was fabulous and the rooms were really big which is great for familes. The beds weren't very good but what do you expect really. Overall fantastic for familes.
