The place was amazing. Our stay was fantastic. However, when we bought a ticket for the shuttle to the airport, the concierge LOST our tickets not but 5 minutes after we gave it to them and then they made US pay for new ones. That is certainly bad service and I have complained, yet I all I get are excuses and nothing has been done yet. I expected better service from such a great hotel.
