watch out for the hot tub

I severely injured my shoulder on May 3rd getting into this tub. The stairs into it are badly designed. Look before you leap.

Friday Harbor Suites and Friday Harbor Inn are not a directory or resource for potential travelers in deciding where to stay. The website is so cluttered I was unable to see anything which could possibly help me decide whether I wanted to stay there. Is ther any other approach to normal presentation of information such as a picture of the motel the prices, the layout of rooms, etc.?
