It is a great place for adults, children, single, married couples, would recommend to everyone.

Very clean, good service, close to the PATH TRAIN. Cheapest room I ve seen in NYC! Nice view of downtown New York from the room from the road side. Quiet even if there a tunnel.

The location, the cleanliness, security, price and the people that work there. What else do you need? I've been there twice this year, I have brought over friends on my 2nd trip and recommended it to other friends that have gone or will be going, and they all loved it. Sure its not the Hilton, but if you are a tourist, and your plans are to visit NYC, than this place is home.

Most inexpensive hotels in NY are cramped, the buildings are from the 1950s era and many are dirty. Holland Morto lodge is clean, plenty of space in the rooms. the walk from PATH station pavonia/newport to this motel is about 10 min. could be quite tiresome if you have just spent a whole day in NYC! the clerk was very helpful when giving me direction to walk to the motel from PATH station.

The Holland Motor Lodge is positioned directly outside the entrance to the Holland Tunnel. Despite the rumors we had heard regarding traffic noise on the street side, seven lanes of inbound traffic were barely noticable, even during the morning rush-hour. everything was great and on punctual. employees are great and very helpful. good timing on everything. i just stood there for just maybe four hours as susal. night of romance as they say. but i would gladly would love to come back someday.
