Nice location, middle of downtown. Room was clean and well supplied. The staff was very nice and helpful. I ask a lot of questions, and they were more than helpful. My room also had a nice view of the Mississippi.

We spent two nights at this Holiday Inn and my husband and I both slept exceptionally well. The mattress was so comfortable I would like to know what kind it is so I can buy one.
The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. The price was a little high but not way out of line.

I'm a Holiday Inn "Priority Club" member and I have found Holiday Inn's quality to be all over the map. Very inconsistent in general. In light of the good reviews I saw on this page, it sounded like a safe bet. Maybe my timing was just bad, buy my experience here has knocked Holiday Inn off my first choice for hotels.

We were very unhappy about the condition of the elevators. They were in very poor working condition. They didn't always stop on the correct floors. They were very very very slow. 5th floor it bounced up and down. Some were out of order.
Also the beds in our room were as hard as a rock. We didn't sleep well at all.

I cannot think of one thing to reallly complain about!
The front desk personnel were helpful & informative & FRIENDLY.
The sports bar & restaurant were nice too and the breakfast buffet compares to one I recently went to in Rome.
