dark and depressing

The only things I liked about this hotel were the location and the fitness room.
The suite itself was dark and cramped and decorated in a style that can only be described as depressing. There were no suite amenities such as a refrigerator or plates or cutlery, so there was no way to keep food or drinks or eat anything in the suite. The tvs were ...

I have been a frequent stayer of the Plaza Suites who was happily surprised to be checked into newly renovated suites my last visit (apprently redid the whole building). The hotel also has a restaurant open for dinner now (reasonably priced)...all that said the staff is what gets me back there time and time again.

The attention detail, quality & elegance in everything you experience at the Plaza Suites is impressive. My dinner/brkfst at the Bistro was delicious; the personnel professional, friendly, excellent cust. serv.; the swimming pool was pristine, warm, open til 10pm, I enjoyed being able to swimm under the stars. This place's luxury & outstading qualities should be rated at four stars not three.
