We stayed at Riverside in early March and loved it! The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and housekeeping always did a great job. I love the restaurants there and the general store. My boys loved the Old man island pool and I really liked the river that ran thru the hotel especially since the ferry could take us to Downtown Disney. I would definatley recommend Riverside to anyone.

Stayed there for 9 nights and it was great. Stayed in Alligator Bayou section and the housekeeping was fantastic.
The food court and restaurant are both great places to eat.
The grounds are beautiful to walk around.
The bus to the parks were great.
The boat to Downtown Disney is a don't miss.

This resort has that southern charm captured in a timeless moment. The attention to detail; the feeling that only you, not thousands of other people, are at Disney at that very second. This resort is absolutly wonderful. The rooms are clean and well decorated and the staff is phenomonal, so much so that when my family and I were almost hit by a lightenning bolt (no fault of the hotels, obviously) one of the staff members came and picked us up on a golf cart and took us to safety. This hotel is impressive.
