the staff is friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. we lost hot water one morning, received free breakfast and a free night's stay. other hotels would have maybe offered an apology at best. one of the managers even went to far as to stand in the rain, putting plastic bags over the open windows in my car during a rain storm..talk ...
