rude and disappointingMy big deal is a hot tub and I made this very clear when I called the day we wanted a room. Assured that they had a good one, was very disappointed to go down at 7 in the morning to find it full of cool water. Called from the pool and told someone would come to fix it. SERVICE MATTERS, BUT NOT HEREThe hotel front desk clerk billed us twice for a pre-paid room when we checked in and then told us only the manager could issue a credit to correct this mistake. The manager was not available until the next day. When he was asked to correct the problem he not only showed a lack of interest, but declined to do so until the end of our visit. Won't be backWe thought we would try this motel when it was bought out by Quality Inn.
It did not improve at all. The plaster in the ceiling was falling down, and moldy, and we found dead bugs in the bathroom. The room also had a bad smell to it. Nice place close to everything!My sons and I spent two nights here. We had a suite with two queen beds and a foldout sofa. There was plenty of room and it was clean. On the down side, the bathroom was very small with the sink out in the main room and the door to the hallway was paper thin so we could hear all the traffic.
