The room was dirty, shower had soap scum all over. The floor hadn't been cleaned. The phone didn't work. The shhets hadn't been changed. The room smelled dirty. After complaining, they gave us another room which was just as filthy. They would not give us a refund. I would not recommend the place to my worst enemy.

The front staff was very nice and efficient, the outside looks good, the room was spacious and relatively clean. If you plan on staying more than just an overnight place to sleep, you should know there was no coffeepot, no hair dryer, no complimentary shampoo, and 2 very small bars of soap, no chain lock on the door. They employees were friendly and the rooms were clean and quiet. The outside of the hotel looked great as well as the inside. Good way to get away from Houston traffic but stay close to the houston area.
