Our initial room was musty and moldy and rusty where ever plumbing was located, and, upon asking for a candle or something to freshen the room, they begrudgingly sent a staff member up to spray this god awful chemical throughout the room (she sprayed SO much, in fact, that it soaked EVERYTHING in the room, making the carpet wet, and even soaking ...

the per night rate was great and affordale. the rooms were very clean and were large. the staff was friendly. overall, my stay was enjoyable.

WHAT WE "REALLY" LIKED WAS THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST, LOTS AND LOTS OF THING TO CHOOSE FROM. ALSO AT THE END OF THE DAY THE "FREE DRINKS" FROM 5:30-7:30 YOU CANT GO WRONG
WE LOVED OUR BARTENDERS, ERIC AND EDDIE!!!

CANT WAIT TO COME BACK NEXT YEAR.

I have stayed at the Embassy Suites in Beachwood several times and each time has been extremely pleasant. The staff - front desk, restaurant, room service and cleaning staff - are all wonderful. I recommend this hotel to any and everyone who are seeking the utmost in a get-away experience.

The staff at the Embassy Suites are the most pleasant people. They treat you like you are the only one that is in the whole entire hotel. And the rooms are just beautiful and very clean, along with the very elegant atruim. It just takes your breath away. I encouraged my family to have our family reunion there, I enjoyed it so much.
