WHAT A DUMP, MARIJUNA ALL OVER FLOOR AND BED, DIRTY SHEETS...EVERYTHING DIRTY!!!....IN MORNING, USED CONDOMS ALL OVER PARKING LOT, OWNER TRIED TO CHARGE ME TWICE, WHAT A CROOK...RENTED OUT ROOMS TO CRACKHEADS...JUST LIKE A DRIVE THRU FOR A PLACE TO SHOOT UP...PLEASE, DO NOT STAY HERE

One star is pretty generous.

There were cigarette burns on both mattresses, visible through the sheets because the mattress pads were the wrong size or worn out. This was supposed to be a non-smoking, pet-free room. the sink was plugged and did not drain. the headboard was missing. we were short a pillow. the light fixture would not shut off! they over charged me for pets! the heater was luke warm so we were cold. not a very nice stay.

The room smells musty, VERY dirty. Desk help which was the OWNER was rude. The location is convenient to Big E. But the room was very dirty.

The Econo Lodge in West Springfield was totally unsatisfactory to me.

It was not a clean room. The shower curtain was falling apart, and the curtain rod was extremely dirty. I hung a wash cloth on it and when I removed it it was all black with dirt. The bathroom light was not working properly, it just blinked on and off.

My fiance and I stayed here one night after a day at Six Flags. At night it looks kinda shady and we were nervous until we got in our room (right near the front desk). The room was clean and much nicer than we were expecting. The room was very clean and odor free. We paid around $55 and felt we got a great deal. I would definitly stay here again the next I go to Six flags.

The service was ok we did get upgraded to a jacuzzi room because they over booked. The bad part the cleanliness of the room was poor maybe even awful. We had cigarette ashes, and beer bottle caps in the night stand, an old coffee cup stuck to the top oh the cabinet.
