the rest room need some attention .there is no flexible hose connected to the water system beside the Toilet chair.the tiles looks old

Most of my friends, relatives have nice feedbacks on the hotel. Except when I called via long distance just an hour ago, the receptionist is not accomodating.

This is a very nice apartment hotel, great service, clean place, located in what could be termed as a red light district, but is very convenient for tourists. Hotel service is great, rates are very affordable, is near a lot of tourist areas in Manila. It is close to the airport and the famous Mall of Asia. Had a great time using the swiming pool. This place is well maintained and clean. Will stay here again on my next visit.

The Tropicana is a great place to stay. The staff was very helpfull and nice. They take the time to take care of your needs. It was very clean and I like the fitness room. They even have a Dental care in the hotel. When and if I return to minila this is the hotel I will be staying at. Keep up the good work Tropicana.

I really appreciate the staff of Tropicana Hotel. They are really very nice and hospitable. The rooms are really spacious and clean. The location is good, really near to the Robinson's department store and not too far if you want to go to Mall of Asia.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay in Tropicana. How I wish we were able to stay longer.

The security was very good.
The staff were friendly.
Safe to lock valuables in room.
Close to shops.
The rooms were large.
Cooking facilities and fridge in room.


The coffee was awful in the restaurant, it did not contain much coffee.
The parquetry floor left your feet black with wax.
