Lucky findLoved the place. My wife and I were their at Christmas and found it to be great. Plenty of room for the kids to run around swim, play tennis feed ducks and leave me in peace.
Only a stroll to the river where we caught some fish which the hotel chef cooked for us and that was to die for.
Wife was happy, kids were happy. I was happyOVERALL

Not fit for group bookingThe hotel is wonderful, the room was clean and pleasent. The location is fantastic. A great value for money.However the one and only official noise complain for playing cards in the room with music from a portable MP3 player, was a 2 minutes yelling abuse by the night manager accompanied by a threat to be thrown of the premise.OVERALL

This is it!My partner and I stayed at Lincoln Downs and found it a wonderful experience. From walking around the grounds, sitting on the riverbank, watching the wild bird population to sitting in the restaurant and enjoying seafood platter for two, the stay was wonderful and we do recommend the king size bed and spa room.
