We loved the location. The room was nice, standard but clean and neat. It was close to the restraunts and shopping and Mackinaw Island Ferry's. The free breakfast was standard, something for everyone . The staff was pleasant and courteous. We would go there again.

The people are very rude that operate this motel and do not deliver the type of room agreed on. The room was filthy and I also saw bugs! Very expensive... you can get a clean room over the bridge for half the price.

It`s a great place for vacation.Rooms very clean and the breakfast very delicious.We don´t want to stay anywhere else.We had a lakefront room with balcony and if we need help with the internet the deskfront help us with their own laptop.They all very friendly and helpful at all time.Thank you

We were told that our reserved room at the Hamilton Inn Select was not available. The motel sent us to this Best Western. We stayed at the Best Western Dockside last September. After a 13 hour drive to get there we were informed our room was not ready even though we got there well after the check in time. We also paid for but did not receive a lakeside view. I found the help there to be more interested in filing nails, chatting on the phone and just looking bored ...

I liked everything but the fdact that the jacuzzi tub was dirty. When I ran the water, you could see the dirt. Also I enjoyed the breakfast.

i just stayed here in during labor day weekend with some family and this place is beautiful! the beach is really nice and sandy, the staff is great, the breakfast was delicious!! all was fantastic!! i would stay here again in a heartbeat. if i had the chance for another vacation this is where i'd be!! thankyou!

I went to Mackinaw City on a business trip and stayed at the Dockside location. The rooms were very clean, bright, large, and had a great view. They had wireless internet that made my work a lot easier to do. I looked at some of there other rooms before I left and there suites are really spacious and more than enough room for my family. The location was close to everything Patty and I wanted to see, and the room was large and spacious. We will definitely go back again.
