We loved the staff. They were sooo nice, funny and helpful. Room was very clean Breakfast was delicious. We are hoping to go back in October.

This hotel is the real deal. The staff so genuine and caring for our family. The breakfast was superb and the hostess assisted my children so I could assist my youngest. The rooms are newly remodeled and were gorgeous. They helped us find cool local restaurants instead of those chains. They also have freshly baked cookies every evening. I will continue to stay here in the future. Thanks Hampton Springfield staff.

The room had a smell and we discovered the reason in the bathroom. Mold on the walls and ceiling. Bed linens didn't appear to be all that clean. We got 2 flat pillows per bed and had a hard time getting any replacements. When we went to use the ice bucket it had mold on the inside. We checked out early.
