We felt like we were in a closet. The floor was so uneven we tripped over a large hump in the floor. like there was something that had not been removed before the carpet was put down.

sadly....the hotel bob is no longer open....'twas a beautiful place to stay in muncie...and with no other "nice" options in town i don't understand how it could not remain open....besides the shoddy ownership/management

The Roberts Hotel's Historic decor lends an elegance unmet by any other hotel in Muncie. It has the feel of a historic boutique hotel in San Fraancisco. The wireless internet was perfect everywhere in the hotel and the restaurant was wonderful.

Definitely a 2 star hotel.
The water pressure for the shower was minimal.
The hot water took over 6 minutes to get to the bathroom sink, which dripped all night long, when turned off, and all over the counter top when it was turned on.
The sink stopper did not function correctly. For $40 all of these issue could be fixed.
