The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

I went here with my family last year. I have young kids and they were so nice they gave them candy and everything.My kids cryed when we left. We had the greatest time they have so may family activities and i have nothing bad to say about this hotel.GO its amazing. Oh and you can put your children in a day care so me and my husband had the day to our selves. it was nice

I liked the atmosphere when you walking. Thr front desk was very paitent with all my pesky touristy questions and then would have to repeat her self to the next guest after me. Thr rooms are very clean. Love the lil chair to sit down at the vanity to get ready, but thats me as Im a girly like that. Neat pubs near by. the sign direxting me to the hotel made me laugh hard as the second line form the bottom just didnt seem to fit in.

Our room was above and beyond what we anticipated. Not only was it immaculate but the decor was outstanding and the bed very comfortable.

We also enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. A beautiful place to stay.

Would not recomend restaurant located in hotel. Fruit flies at the breakfast buffet were a turn off.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel. Our stay was so enjoyable, the room was beautiful, and it was so close to the airport which was important because I had a flight to catch. Even though it was about 2 years ago that we stayed, I still say that this hotel was my most favorite. When I'm in Orlando again, I will not hesitate to reserve with them.
