The hotel was clean but the staff was terrible. Our bed broke when we sat on it (my husband is 160lbs) when we called to ask for a new room they said they would send someone to fix the broken bed. The only good thing I can say is that the pool was nice.

There were only two things we liked about this hotel - the location and the convenience of having two rooms (we were traveling with our two year old)

That being said, the room appeared clean, but smelled horribly musty. It looked and smelled as if it had seen one too many spring breaks. We had to make the sofa bed up ourselves and def. had ...

This was the best place we ever stayed. We have only been there once as each time we are in the area we can not get a room due to availability. We would stay there each time if it were possible. We absolutely love the place.

Great location and value. Room size was great. It was nice to have the kids on the sleeper sofa (though for tall person, sofa would be VERY uncomfortable - it was perfect for 9 yr old and 5 yr old!) King size bed was comfortable. TV's worked fine. Hot Tub was GREAT!

DISLIKES: We had tiny ants in bedroom (bedside table and vanity). ...

For those who have been in the Busch Gardens area before, this hotel is a breath of fresh air. Really, it's not typical of the area. The room was big, the pool area great and hot tub was nice. The live music was a bonus and the bar also served light fare. They do accept pets, which we have two little dogs. They loved it... the dog run area ...

The room size was good. The room smelled really musty and everything felt wet. The blankets and bedspreads were dirty. The breakfast wasn't very good, although hot.
the sofa couch was pretty bad. We will not go back. The hot tube was broken and our tv was broken. Close to Busch Gardens.

I was pleasantly surprised! I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable, the only fault was it's musty smell that did subside with time.

The room was very clean and convenient, with a microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, and coffee maker. The outdoor areas of the hotel were very peaceful and conducive to relaxation around the pool area. The breakfast was very good.
