loved the room with separate sitting room and sofa bed, however bar/restaurant service as terrible. Took us over 90 minutes to get food order and we were the only ones in the place eating. We ordered at 7:00 pm and it didn't arrive till around 8:30 pm. Food was not very good either.
They then overcharged on the bill by about 25 dollars. Would recommend this hotel for room and hotel staff. Just stay away from the bar/restaurant area.

After a long trip (700 miles) this hotel was just what I needed!! The staff was very friendly and polite and the room was very clean and comfortable! The hotel had every amenity necessary and the on-site restaurant was an added bonus (after being in a car for so long not having to leave for food was great!). I will be traveling back to this area alot in the future and this will definately be my first choice! Thanks for a job well done!!!

Great for this price! The sofa bed mattress is really bad and need replacement. (My kids did not complain since they are small but for adult, your back can touch the floor if you sleep on it!!!).

I really loved how they had a great selection for breakfast also the signs around the place was pretty funny. I also liked how clean the rooms were, and the service at the restraunt was really good.

The rooms were great for families. Loved the pool and Tiki Bar. Free breakfast was good. Very close to Busch Gardens but the shuttle only ran once a day to drop off and pick up. Only problems were that the front desk never picked up the phone and the sofa bed was in bad shape and smelled. Overall a good value.
