basic no frills

dreary foyer. reception staff helpful, restaurant staff disinterested. breakfast serving area too cramped for a coach of 46 people, bar closed, shuttle bus not running. generally felt we were considered a nuisance.
comfortable bed but front of hotel is noisy due to busy road. plus point - hotel is within walking distance of shopping mall.

Let me begin by saying that I don't feel that this location is representative of a sheraton hotel. The employees are very unprofessional and aggressive. I stayed at this location for five days. I read the reviews before we went(and unfortunately after the reservations were made) and the reviews were right on target.
Loud noise in hallway, less-than-friendly front desk personnel and a sub-standard room for a Sheraton.

The front desk only had one person working on a normal weekday and service was extremely slow. The room was comfortable however carpet and walls were dirty. Noise level was loud in the morning with doors slamming and in the evening I could hear my neighbors TV. I would only consider this hotel for sleeping and the internet connection (no wireless). Probably would consider a different hotel in Cherry Creek next time.

A Lot of Pluses, A Few Minuses

Likes: Comfortable bed, clean room, free high speed Internet, one free bottle of water a day, prompt and fast room service

Dislikes: Room service was consistently out of meals that I wanted; the property offered a "green" linens program but the housekeeping staff did not actually follow the no change of linens policy; my room needed some help - the table was wobbly, trim was coming loose on furniture, but it was clean.

Pick a different place for your stay in Denver

Not to beat a dead horse, but the other less than positive reviews of this property are spot on. Noisy hallways, no ability to regulate room temperature, dirty furnishings, and a somewhat surly staff tarnish the Sheraton reputation.

The bed was comfortable.

Bathroom was in need of update. Shower water temperature was inadequate no matter what time one used the shower.

I defintely would not recommend the Four Points Cherry Creek. Compare to other four points I've stayed at, this hotel is sub-par.

Great Location, Terrific Beds

The central location of the Four Points by Sheraton Cherry Creek is a big plus when visiting the sights of Denver. Shopping and restaurants are close by, not to mention the nice restaurant (with great service) within the hotel itself. The soft beds with comfortable large throw pillows for sitting up to watch TV or read are a big plus. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends. And the Travelocity rate can't be beat.
