I am not kidding, I was there the first week of this month, august 2009. Just as an example of the nightmare, the weather was 37 outside and inside, because air conditioning did not work in the rooms, neither in the restaurants. It does not deserve any star, but fraudulently they show themselves as a 5 star hotel and they charge you on that basis.

In a nutshell, the staff at the front desk were very rude on several occasions, service was horrible, toilet overflowed over most of room and took them 45 minutes to respond to our 3 calls, food was very average, drinks were nasty, no beach completely washed away, the only good point was the beautiful ocean to look at and the pool was ok.
