i loved most of it but the restaurant and room service was really bad,food was reheated and for the price i was expecting a lot more than a bad meal.
also when i got there the lady clerk in the front desk was indiscrete about me and my partner and also dubting i could afford the room because i am hispanic.

all the hotel employees were young and hip which made my stay that much more pleasurable!
also the bars in the hotels were trendy with great music!

They prmised the "stay 4 nights, 5th night free" online and then conveniently 'forget about it' when you check out, unless you explicitly ask them. Then they double-charged my credit card (one for the promotional price and another one for the full price).

I sent my parents to this hotel for their 30th wedding anniversiry. They loved it! It was very elegant. They had a problem with the plasma tv in the room, and the hotel offered to move them into a new room! Great service. They had a wonderful time.

This hotel has style and cool and comfortable rooms. It's also in a great location, near Columbus Circle and within walking distance to the theatres in the Times Square Area (yet far enough away from the crowds). What it doesn't have is a restaurant with good service. Go across Broadway to the diner on the corner for a reasonably priced breakfast served by someone who cares.

There was nothing to dream about at this hotel. The staff was rude, the website was dishonest and the rooms were so small. We were promised and paid for a medium sized room, but apparently any room is a medium as long as they can fit a queen size bed in the room.
