Hotel was OK, Service was OK, I was told I would get a10% Military discount, They marked the room up 10% over my confimed reservation rate then gave me 10% off. For $14.50 they lost a customer, the worlds gone crazy.

We stay here every time we are in Laughlin and love it. It's clean, great value and the staff is always friendly. The restaturants are a great value also, try the 3 tacos and margarita for 4.99!! it's great!! The caboose lounge is a great place to listen to live music.

We have stayed at the Tropciana /Ramada a number of times and each has been good. We often check in early in the day usually around 11:00 and have gotten our room. The rooms are clean quite and comfortable.

We eat here and find the food to be quite good and the service for both food and drinks on the floor very good.

We are planning another visit in July and expect that to be good also.

We have always been VIP guests (6 yrs) this last visit was horrible, very rude , crude and socially unaceptable employess...room was filthy, phone did not work. Went to check into to an already paid reservation and the room we booked wasn't available. When we got there to check in, they only had three windows open and about fifty people in line, the wait was about forty five minutes. After finally getting into our room, we found the room not to be cleaned properly. Overall very disappointed with the entire experience.
