the room was dirty. the bathroom sink still had toothpaste left from the other guest that used this bathroom. had no tv remote. had bed bugs. breakfest wasn't good. door was loose even we locked our room.i wouldn't stay here again.

The Front desk clerks are the best, on every shift. Very Friendly and very accommodating. Have stayed there everytime we come to Chicago and will come back. This time we stayed on first floor and was awaken by employees talking very loud outside our door when they were coming to work, I guess about 6am. Other than that it is a great place. The attendent in dining area could smile.Always clean and very inviting place to visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff that couldnt do enough to make us happy. Good location for my meeting and for my wife and kids to take the L to downtown.
