whoever says that Liki Tiki is bad deserves shooting as it is the best everything about it was awesome. We were supposed to go to clearwater but decided to just getanother room and the standard was still wonderful. The rooms were clean, the service was great, the location was great and the value was also great. If you are sane you will stay at Liki tiki as i have never felt more at home as i did when i was at LIKI TIKI. James Toomey.

The only thing good about the resort was the staff. Very friendly, helpful and respectful. The stairs are rusted and dirty. The appliances in the room very old and rusted. There is no internet - none. The complimentary breakfast consists of donuts and coffee or orange juice. The "lagoon" is a mosquito drawing pond. The "waterslide" is great if you're 5 or under. You get a better deal at Holiday Inn or some other hotel. Don't be fooled by their advertisements!

Rooms needed refurbishing, and staff were unhelpful, and too many sale staff trying to sell timeshares, even letting themselves into your room whilst you were out to leave loads of leaflets on there properties.
Cleaning service was non-existent we stayed 2 weeks and not once was it cleaned or the beds changes.
Location is too far away from WDW ...

I have been back numerous times. It has everything you would want for family fun. A water lagoon, paddle boats, motor boats, putt putt golf, basketball, Kareeokie at night, a outside bar and grill, a baby water lagoon, children's activities during the day, free continental breakfast Mon. - Fri., etc, etc.
