for those of you traveling and think pacific coast highway is on the coast, it's not!!! this motel is in the ghetto, bars on windows, cleaning was poor, would never stay again. Worth the $20 to stay at a nicer place.
Location : its near LA, but thats not saying anything... lots of places near it. Eonomy : cheap, and its a chain, so acceptable. Management: CHEAP... they dont want to spend money on anything, be it fixing the place, or cleaning it. EXTREMELY filthy, the bedsheets were stained, the bathroom had hair, the breakfast had hair, the room smelt.
But it was cheap, and better than the motels at about the same price.
The management cordial, not friendly. Don't use the shampoo and hair "lotion" provided. The bathroom door had been kicked in and not repaired, the toilet paper holder hung on barely - they used silicone caulk instead of fixing it. Bar in shower missing.
