They don't allow cancelations even when given two weeks advance notice. I had to pay for a vacation that I couldn't take when my loved one got sick and died. Even calling the corporation didn't help. Holliday Inn dosn't care about their customers at all, they charged me anyway.

Had a wonderful experience. Wine, cheese and crackers in the afternoon was wonderful. Nice touch. Breakfast in the morning good, too. Highly recommend staying here.

Elevators slow. Stayed on the third floor. Got off the elevator and had to go down stairs and then up stairs. If you have a lot of luggage, it might be a little difficult. But, otherewise, a great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, wine and cheese in the afternoon. Breakfast very nice. Would stay here again!

The location was perfect, the room was a great size and the service was wonderful. It was more then we expected for the price we paid. We can't wait to go back!

The location is ideal...easy walk to Cannery Row and beaches. Very clean, attractive environment. Service was just okay, could be friendlier. Free continental breakfast had warm cinamon rolls, breads, cereal, yogurt,some fresh fruit and drinks.
location was very nice, and the hotel itself wasn't bad. Its true that it was designed terribly though. If you have a lot of bags or have a stroller you will hate it here. Seriously. We enjoyed it though, with the good location and decent rooms.

this hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.
Hotel was very clean and well kept. Traffic noise on Foam street can be loud, but the hotel is in a great spot. Breakfast was well stocked. I felt the room price was reasonable.
Just returned from a stay at the HIExpress near the Aquarium and Cannery Row. Great location, walking distance to both places, lots of restaurants available, and near a free trolly stop that takes you to the pier and downtown area. Over all this is a great place to stay, the service was good except the room was still dirty. We also asked for two rooms together and when we checked in they gave us a room that was already taken. So our friends had a room way down the hall. Also the room smelled like cigarett smoke, I thought that was odd because it is a non smoking hotel.
