Went for a labor day weekend R & R, not to the theme parks, but just to enjoy the resort amenities. Woke up to find bedbugs crawling on the white sheets. I trapped one under a glass and called the front desk. Then waited 45 minutes for someone to come and tell me they would send someone to get the linens. Then waited over 3 hours more for ...

From checking in to checking out we found this hotel better than we expected. We were treated really well, the staff were all so pleasent and helpful, nothing was ever a problem. They let us upgrade our room and agreed a late check out, we felt well looked after. Our room was always clean with a good supply of tea & coffee. The bathroom was ...
We shipped something in advance and when we got there they brought it up to our hotel room. It was so nice, they had a huge beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby. The location was Amazing, we just went outside our room and got on a boat or bus, and got to the park in less than 15 minutes. Once we walked out and on to the board walk and they were ...

Finally a clean, quiet Hotel. Bus service to Disney World, Boat to Epcot, walk to The Boardwalk. A+++. Only negative was the mandatory $10 room charge for mini bar which we didnt use.
It was the worst place ever!!!! the employs was mean the rooms smelled thay where so out dated the price was not worth it we end up cheking out the next day and moved to Best Western .. Belive it or not its a better Hotel and way cleaner I do not advise any one to stay here it's not worth the money
The website for the resort makes the place seem like a top notch hotel, but the hotel and the service is lacking. The room was clean but on the second day of our stay they started construction on the floors above us and the noise was terrible! The staff was very rude and preferred to make up lies to calm down the guest. Not worth the hassle for this price.

Expensive, institutional, aging and small rooms
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/06/08
Really expensive but so are other hotels. Small rooms that are becoming dated. Forget about personal service, this is Disney. Rooms should be updated soon. For the rates they charge, I expected a newer bathroom, windows that could open, a slightly larger room and service that could be flexible. Instead I got an old room, inflexible check-out ...

We'll Definitely Be Back!!!

My best friend and I decided we needed a girl's weekend away - So, to the Dolphin Hotel we went. I would have to say that our experience with the Dolphin Hotel was absolutely wonderful. They up-graded our room (Florida Resident) from a standard to one with a balcony and the view was amazing! The shuttle boat was our way of choice to travel ...
This place is so amazing. I would highly recommend this 5 star hotel to my best friend. I loved the pools, including small water slides. I will never forget the heavenly beds because how well I slept under the covers. It also had such a great location because it was not only close to all the Disney Theme Parks; but the Boardwalk Theme Hotel next ...

Don't do it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/17/07
It's clear that all the luxury of this hotel is in the lobby area. We checked in and our room smelled terribly musty. We called the desk and they were very accommodating and immediately moved us to a different room. The new room was also musty and humid (not as bad as the first) but there was mildew in the bathroom and the carpet was filthy. ...
