We had a very nice vist. We liked the location alot. The boat service to MGM and Epcot cant be beat. I cant really think of anything bad to say. We were lucky that during our visit (JUNE 2004) it was slow time so we could get a free upgrade to resort view. We loved it, would go back for the right deal.

always seem to come back

I've been staying at the Swan and Dolphin for many years now. (I'm now 17 and started staying here when i was 12). We go back yearly, mainly for February vacation. In my opinion, the hotels are very nice, allowing for a very relaxing stay. The pools are wonderful with every opportunity to lounge around sipping pina coladas. Despite the ...

Great location but not worth the price for club level--just get a regular room--also rooms smell like mildew so be careful if you have allergies; good service upon check-in; good restaurants only the property but expensive; easy access to Epcot & MGM-can walk to both w/in 15/20 minutes' club level food was not good and never varied--we had the same appetizers 3 nights in a row--chicken nuggets worse that McDonalds! Only cookies at night & poor dessert selection

mildew smell in rooms; poor food quality for club level concierge service--same appetizers 3 nights in a row--chicken nuggets worse that McDonalds; breakfast never varied--same fruit, bagels, muffins, etc. Get a regular room and save the money to go to some nice restaurants. Great Location for parks

A great get away
By Shaun B, 11/10/05
The resort is alot more beautiful from the outside than the inside yet I was more than pleased. Great pool, awesome restuarants, short walk to the boardwalk which featured ESPNzone. Rooms were clean and comfy though I was alittle disappointed when I compared my room to the one featured on the swandolphin website. Shulas steakhouse in Dolphin was ...

An excellent resort
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/08/05
My wife and I visited the Swan last weekend for one night - found an excellent rate on Yahoo Travel of $129.00 a night - came to just shy of $150.00 with taxes. Overall not too bad of a price for the amenities which are standard at the Swan.
We chose the Swan because it's run by Westin, i.e. - heavenly bed. And if you've slept on one - ...

there was nothing to dislike about this property. the room was clean, the bed's were sooooooooooo comfortable, pillowtops and down comforters, the lobby was beautiful with the piano player playing great tunes, we ate at kimonos (japanese), the sushi was wonderfully fresh and very inexpensive, the 2nd night we ate at gullivers- great ...

Good for conferences but over-rated as a hotel
By JoanneE, 09/22/05
This is the 4th time I have stayed at this hotel for an annual conference. The beds are good, but the front desk made a mistake on my reservation and the power was out for 8 hours on my floor. The hotel was full, but the restaurants open during the day are not very good, but overpriced. The upscale Shula's and Palio are very good but very expensive.

Pure Comfort
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/13/05
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room super and clean. We had an amazing view of the Boardwalk and saw the fireworks from the room (I love that). The stay was fantastic! The beds were soooo fine, feather and downy, white down comforter felt like sleeping on a cloud. :-) Each room has it's own temperature control for individual ...

HEAVENLY DISNEY SWAN
By tyrone, 08/27/05
The Disneyworld Swan is a Disney-partner hotel operated by Westin. There are two main draws to this hotel besides the awesome twin swans flanking both sides of the roof. One is the greatest location in the world within walking distance to Epcot following a short ferry ride from the hotel. The other is in your room - heavenly beds! This bed is so ...
