Other than proximity to the various parks and ease of getting to and from the parks this is not worth the cost. Rooms were outdated, humid/musty and very small.I had a roach in my room, gross! Hallways were the same. As a business traveler who is often at Disney for shows we will not stay in this, or the swan, again!

Looks like I'm in the minority here, but was expecting SO much more for the money.

PROS: very soft, comfortable bed. Great location with fantastic transporation options to the parks. Nice pools.

The hotel staff, particularly the restaurants are newbies--not to the restaurant themselves but to the business. All green--inattentive, don't know menus, etc... Same goes for the hotel staff. Perhaps my expectations were too high going in but I have stayed at cheaper resorts/hotels that have provided a better overall experience.

In summary we were kept up from 11:30 PM to 5:30 AM by workmen on a room two doors down from us. Despite 3 calls to the hotel manager during the night the speed of resolution and compensation were disgusting.

I would never stay there again.
