Conveniently located to all amenities and friendly helpful staff.I am a little concerned regarding the all inclusive dining though.
Some naturally assume that as they have paid they should pile the plate high.Fine if that's your attitude but the staff did seem to be somewhat under pressure on several occaisons replenishing the trays of food ...

The staff were absoloutely fantastic and the food was marvellous. I can't wait to back this year.

we found our stay there a most pleasant one,friendly staff and in a very well kept clean enviroment{especially the pool}.snacks were served all day when meals werent this was cool as when hunger strikes you did not have to go far for a good snack.

This will be the second time at the Sun Palace for us. Great hotel, great location and the staff cannot do enough to make your stay fantastic. We have been holidaying in Rhodes for many years. The people are extremely friendly. We thought, for a change that we would try all inclusive last year, and picked the Sun Palace. Brilliant choice, that is why we are going back this year.

The service in this hotel was great,the room was perfect. The value for money is the best thing.
When you go allinclusive you dont expect to get 4 star treatment but here you get nothing less.
