Staff was unfriendly. This hotel wants a credit card for a reservation but does not take it for payment ( a debit or any credit card). It was not explained when the reservation was made. Customers will need to bring alot of cash with them. Not worth the trip from Virginia and was very disappointing. Call Hilton Reservations to find out. Beware!

We stayed here for a week. During that week, the housekeeping staff was only in our room three times. The times that they were there, they didnt refill the coffee packets, give enough towels, and they were there at 5:30 PM.

The Hilton is a beautiful hotel with the most friendliest staff anywhere I have ever stayed.

I paid $169 but it was worth it. The rooms are really nice. I think they were recently redone.

I would strongly recommend this place to anyone going to Greenville.
