If you've been to a doubletree before, then you know what to expect. Other than that, this hotel was in a good location so I can't complain.

My husband and I loved this hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows were soft and very comfortable. We slept like babies! The location was right off the highway and only 15 minutes from LAX. Oh...the warm cookies are unforgettable!

I enjoyed the fact that I was able to make a reservation just minutes before I arrived at the hotel. It was a little pricey at first, but keep in mind I made my reservation at the last minute. [It was worth what I paid], I stepped into my room and immediately fell in love. It was very cosy and elegant, & the bathroom was large.

this hotel is great.. just like a typical hotel, had a complimentary breakfast buffet, the beds are very comfy the room was cool had a good view and the tv had great channel. One prob is the bathroom was a bit small. over all the hotel was great i would come back. the hotel wasn't like the hilton but the holiday inn was just as great

WELL FIRST OF ALL, VERY POOR SERVICE. FOOD WAS AWFUL. LOCATION IS OK. MONTEBELLO MALL IN FRONT OF IT. PAID TOO MUCH FOR A ROOM WHERE BATHROOM WAS NOT VERY CLEAN. BED WAS GREAT CAN'T DENIED THAT. BUT YOU'RE BETTER OFF ON OTHER HOTEL THAN THIS. PAID TOO MUCH FOR A SUITE FOR THE SERVICE THEY GAVE US. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

They do not have an airport shuttle to take you to this hotel, which is 45 minutes away from Ontario Airport.

Too expensive for what we get.
Wrong room was given at the arrival, one bed instead of two beds.
Room was not cleaned properly.
Take more than 30 minutes to get a towel.

Excellent connectivity to high speed internet.
Most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.
Great staff.
Pleanty of amenities: 24 hr. room service, big screen TV at downstairs bar, restaurant, workout room. I did not try the pool or jacuzzi.
Right across the street from a large shopping mall and great access to Hwy 60.
