We liked the location, and the prompt response of the female night clerk, when we asked for help.This has been the second time visiting the W. and we will stay there again upon our next visit.

The only improvement that I would like to see is the addition of a rubber mat in the shower. It is a slippery safety issue !!!!!!

i dislike the place because is very confusing to get there and there are no shuttles when we went. but all of the thing the one that are left qere excellent-.

The rooms needed better upkeep, the bathroom showed wear and tear, the bed was uncomfortable,the bed linens were soiled and something bit me all night (bed bugs).

if you are not concerned about driving to miami beach, this is a good location. It is a good value for a good price. would come back if in the area

first the place was old the rooms were so dirty there were ants and worms on the wall i had a blanket with shaving cream on it and like baby poop i was afraid to check they could have done better

The breakfast in this hotel is very good. The location is very adjustable. You have a lot of restaurantrs and a shopping mall next door, and it's only 15 minutes away from the airport. So you dont have all the noise from the planes. Very nice location at a very good price. I will recommend this hotel.

Everytime i stay at this premises, i feel like i'm home. Overall the service and the attention is always great. Plus the rooms are clean, neat, and in good conditions.The front desk crew are very pleasent.I recommend this hotel to everyone because you will have no regrets.promise!!!!!
