Nice location, but they lost my reservation it took 30 + minutes to check in. Drama with a guest, cops were called. Potential guests left. Clerk was nice, but slow. Not enough disabled parking. We stayed during August 07. The hotel is actually set back a fair ways from the beach but you can walk across the road through a complex to reach it. The rooms are very outdated, teal carpet and white washed furniture. I had a loose window banging against the window frame that kept me up most of the night, and the continental breakfast was a joke,(a tray of old cookies)I would not stay here again.

Price is reasonable and close to CSUMB to see our daughter. Nice walk to the beach and quiet for relaxation. Service was available whenever needed.

The hotel was so lovely. They had a full breakfast with a comfortable seating area. The rooms were large and beds were comfy. The room were clean and it was such a wonderful stay. I would recomend this hotel to any and everone
