    My husband and I fly in to LA on business 6-8 times a year from Europe. We've stayed at all the luxury chain hotels and always seem to leave disappointed. But NEVER with the New Gardena Hotel.     They are very convenient hotel, however....their "front desk" does not know what they are doing.... very poor poor poor service and hospitality mind.... never go back there agin

    Making reservations was torture! They dont have an 800# and the receptionist hardly spoke english and kept putting me on hold. Wouldnt give me a business rate.

    My wife and I stayed here in June 2005 and enjoyed the location, the cleanliness, and the package i.e. the deal included breakfast (except for the weekends). We're looking forward to staying there again in Dec 2006.

    Proximity to everywhere in Southland, Cleaniness, Friendliness, Convinience and Value. It is simply the best value hotel in LA vicinity. Recently installed Internet connection is also a welcom plus.

    What a wonderful place to stay! Our room was clean and had everything one expects to find in a Hotel. The pressure in the shower was really good and the layout of the room adjacent to the bathroom is well thought out. I wish we had known about the place earlier, as it was we stayed down the road but bailed because we felt unsafe there. At this ...

    New Gardena Hotel has very friendly and helpful services. There is a great Japanese-Hawaiian restaurant on the premises called Happa. At the hotel, there is a small swimming pool and driving range for one. The best part of staying at the New Gardena is the location. It's close to some of the best Japanese restaurants.   • Great hotel the price is right

    The service is exceptional considering it's priced so low. The free breakfast
    is offered in either Japanese or American style. I'd personally recommend the Japanese. The rooms are cozy and quiet. The front desk was very helpful in getting me a taxi to the airport. I even won some money at the Hustler casino just a few blocks away. Great experience. I look forward to my next stay.
