cold pool, holes in walls, dirty wash room, employees dont know the job you get different awnswers from different people

This is the first hotel that had a clue. When I walked into my room I couldn't believe the smell Fabeeze! I can't believe more hotel don't use anything for the smell of people. The room was clean.I had a crack window and the staf was going to move me and I refused because it was the best room I had in months. The staff was great and food was all around.

La Quinta Inn, Hoffman Estates, was our home away from home for a wonderful week in the Chicago area. The value was excellent and the service was courteous and professional.
