We stayed at the Westin for a wedding recently and the bed was glorious! The staff was very attentive and polite. The lay out of the hotel makes you forget you're staying at a hotel in the city. Nothing was old or worn and the decor was of the finest appointments. And the bed! I can't say enough about the bed. You have to experience it yourself! I'll be staying at a Westin again!
