The staff is HORRIBLE! When we got stuck in the elevator and asked for the stairs the manager replied by saying "we only have stairs that go one way, and thats down." When asked if that made sense to him, he said "I'll keep that in mind when I build my own hotel." They did eventually take us through part of the parking ...
You can't beat the location to Cleveland's stadiums, museums. The free shuttle service is wonderful and cooked to order breakfast makes live easy. Negative? Front desk personel are hopeless when you ask about the area, we asked for a restaurant recommendation, was given walking directions that stunk and she acted like she didn't even ...
Lots of space. Wonderful pool. Free Breakfast. Excellent Banquet set-up with great food.

The cleanliness of the hallway area and the suite were very sub par. The joke of the stay though was the actual room. We paid for an executive suite and the size of the room was enormous. When we walked into the suite, we thought someone had broken in and stolen three quarters of the furniture. When we mentioned it, the staff just laughed and said ...
As soon as approached the door we were met by friendly staff member and told about the near by facilities, the free downtown shuttle, the comp breakfast and 2 hour free happy hour. Every contact with staff was a positive experience.
I was there on business but my wife and children took the car to cedar point during the day and the hotel ...

Room felt like the Polar Bear Express - Brrrr!

We were familiar with Embassy Suites in other cities and expected this one to be comparable - open atrium, pleasant ambiance, etc. Not so! When we walked into the tiny lobby from the street, we initially thought we were in the wrong hotel. The online images made the lobby appear much larger and more attractive than the real thing. But it was late ...

won't stay here again

When we checked in, we discovered half-empty beer bottles on the window ledge of our supposedly clean room. The beer was still cold and frothy!! The toilet seat was cracked in half. The chambermaid never replaced the empty toilet paper roll the whole time we were there. The trash cans overflowed and didn't get emptied regularly, either. One ...
This place had trouble cheking us in even after we made a reservation, but they upgraded us to a presidential suite so it was worth it. We didn't have to pay extra! They provided an excelent hotel shuttle service, and they have free complimentery cook-to-order breakfast. 2 flat screen HD LCD tv's and great kitchenette. Not to mention the pool wich was FABULOUSE! We can't wait to come back again next year.

I took my 16-Year old son to Cleveland for the weekend at the end of December to see his favorite NFL team-The Browns play.We chose Embassy Suites because we'd stayed in the Embassy Suites Lake Tahoe. In Cleveland the service was excellent. The complimentary shuttle to the Rock&Roll Hall of Fame,The "Q" Arena, and the Browns game was ...
The service at this hotel is horrid. Granted my family is probley not the typical people that might stay here, but we were in town fro the Indians White Sox series last July and they got one look at us and told us that their were no rooms avilable, even though the next person in line got 2 rooms. The whole staff should be fired!!
