The hotel had a nice clean look about it. The staff was disarmingly nice. My wife is allergic to feathers, the staff response was immediate and complete. The room was as advertised clean, spacious and quiet. The exercise room and pool fit my needs. The food and service at the in house restaurant was good though the prices were a little high.

The rooms were spacious, charming and clean. But the heat/air system had been deliberately turned off for "the season" (we were there in mid-May!); the toilet did not flush properly, towels and robes were not replaced when removed for launderimg; food in the restaurant was awful; drinks in the bar were watered down so as to be ...

Untrained front desk personnel. Couldn't even order a room service!!!

Was here for a week trial and they made me feel right at home during a stressful situation. Very high quality service.
