Just got back from PV and HOLA hotel for a 3 week stay.

This hotel is seriously in need of major renovations as it shows its age in all areas but most evident in the guest rooms and bathrooms. The food, while plentiful, was always cold and lacks variety. The place was very noisy with music blaring until 2 am.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and worked hard to keep the place clean. This is definitely not a 4 star not even a 3.

The noise was awful. Music did not stop until 1:30 AM every night. When music stopped the party would still go on until 3:AM. The hotel needs a room for this and not to have it in the lobby.
Food was not very good - same every day.
Hotel room smelled like sewage all the time.

The staff was great, the service was great, and all the activities were fun and entertaining. Hola definately accomodates to all ages.

The place is beyond filthy. We both got sick from the food not from the water.
This place was OK when Qualton managed it. The new owners have never heard the words customer service. Clearly, there only motivation is a quick profit. Save your money - go elsewhere.
