Not Safe For Human ConsumptionThe place is beyond filthy. We both got sick from the food not from the water.

avoid!!an average sized pool which becomes over populated with locals early in the morning is really the only option for swimming. Loud music can be heard from 9am until around 2am making it hard to watch tv or visit. Cockraoaches frequented our room as well as the dining area during meal times! Wonderful and relaxingI would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a family getaway with all the bells and whistles. The entire trip was comfortable and the hotel was so much more than we could have asked for. The food was plentiful and fresh. Great ExperienceAbove all else, the highlight of our stay at the Hola would have to be their incredible staff. We were warmly greeted at each meal, given excellent service, and had many pleasurable conversations.

I will return!The staff were incredible! They go out of their way to accomodate a person. Great facilities. One complaint would be the food for the buffet. It got a little repetitive after a week. It's not a vacation, it's more like prison that you pay for...From the Cheap Caribbean Web Site I have included a short list of amenities that are listed at Hola Puerto Vallarta (I WAS THRILLED TO SAY ADIOS!) and what was not included:

AVOID.....Well I got sick from eating the seafood, had our tv blow up one us twice, too many people in the small pool..well just too many people in general. the staff didn't understand much english. Oh yeah the room smelled like sewage, but then again that might of just been me after swimming in the ocean, my wife wouldn't even go near me and this was our honeymoon. Man I stunk.
