We had a great time. The food was good, We had a nice meal at Regalia. The staff was very personal and very friendly. I wish we had coffee pot in our room. Players club employees were very helpful with our points and comp money .
definitely the black sheep of the mgm/mirage group of hotels/casinos. reservation and check-in experience was decent, but pretty much downhill from there. adults will not appreciate all the kids running around, and families with kids will not appreciate the stripper like dancers on the tables on the ground floor. NOT a place for kids unless you ...
We were return customers of the Excalibur, but NEVER again. We were on the bottom floor and had to deal with cockroaches everyday. The air conditioner quit working in 106 degree weather. We went to a resturant called Dicks last resort and that was a mistake......it was in the Excalibur. They specialize in being extremely rude and vulgar to you. ...
When we first checked in, we were put into an old room on the first floor with a view of brick wall and it stunk, refused to stay in that room so I went back to the customer service and complained and was upgraded to a newer suite, but they did try to charge me extra and I refused to pay extra. The beds were very uncomfortable and the air ...
The rooms were OK for the price. Not great - just OK. The beds leave alot to be desired - not very comfortable nor plush. Room was clean but the shower had areas where the grout was missing and a little mold growing. Called maintenance and they came and cleaned it up. Just get tired of being hit up by the Timeshare idiots stationed around the ...
The rooms were a little dingy and small but they have big bathrooms and we little more then sleep and take showers so it was no big deal. I really didn't like that the windows had no screen in them so we couldn't open the windows to get fresh air. Also if you stay in tower two make sure you don't get one of the rooms facing the wall ...
Poor customer service, old dirty rooms, and an overcrowded pool. Renovated= new TV and carpet. Furniture, walls, beds in poor condition. The shower didn't drain, we had to bail out the shower basin everytime someone took a shower. DID I MENTION TO HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! There are so many great deals in Vegas and by far better child ...
For the price, this hotel is good. The rooms are like motel rooms with no vegas touch. The arcade and the lobby is pretty crowded at all times. They have McDonalds, Krispy Kreme, Coldstone and Baja fresh inside. Good for people with the kids, I guess. Lounge and bars are just okay. The 4D rides are priced cheaper than many other places which have ...
We had prepaid for three nights. The first night ...the air conditioner woke us with a loud banging noise. We thought that perhaps it had froze up,so we turn it off and gave it ample time to thaw.turned it back on...same results. We reported the problem to the desk on the following morning. We were spoken to quite rudely over the phone. We were asked ...
After reading reviews about the hotel, I was a bit sketchy about the Excalibur. I have to say, I was quite surprised. We (4 of us total) walked in and they had signs pointing out exactly where to go. The initial check in had no problems, except when we got to the room, we saw that we had a 2 double queen rooms. (Originally reserved 2 of the ...
