We had a great time. The food was good, We had a nice meal at Regalia. The staff was very personal and very friendly. I wish we had coffee pot in our room. Players club employees were very helpful with our points and comp money .

Poor customer service, old dirty rooms, and an overcrowded pool. Renovated= new TV and carpet. Furniture, walls, beds in poor condition.
