We have stayed here several times in the past, but our most recent stay was horrible. I think this hotel cares more about the guests money than they do the guests. For example go try to have 2 or 3 drinks at the 626 bar there, be ready to shell out $50 and if you have your wife with you it will be more like $100 for a couple of drinks for the both ...

Under the gloss of a nice building, friendly staff, and a wild set of items in the minibar, this is somewhat below-average hotel. In particular, the bed and chairs were some of the least comfortable I ever encountered. After two nights, my wife and I were practically cripped by bed pain. We complained to the staff and were immediately offered the ...

I truly felt at home staying at the Omni! I recommend this particular hotel if you must travel away from home! Omni welcomes all travelers!!!!!!!

During the mid-18th century the Chicago area was inhabited primarily by Potawatomis, who took the place of the Miami and Sauk and Fox people. The first settler in ...

we come to chicago at least two times a year from michigan. we have stayed at the four seasons, westin, intercontinental and ritz. and the omni still gives the best service at the most fabulous price. a suite anywhere else is double the cost at least.here you get a full suite with excellent service. the location is great, room is always clean. the ...
My husband booked a weekend at the Omni for Mother's Day. He made reservations for the restaurant for brunch on Sunday. Brunch costs $58.00 per person and 25.99 per child. He thought it would be really nice for that price and it was non-refundable. We arrived five minutes earlier and were treated very rudely by the hostess. She said that ...

What a great way to spend my first trip to Chicago!
The Omni Chicago Hotel was, in a word, phenomenal!
A friend of mine and I went for the weekend with plans to see Alex Grey speak (www.alexgrey.com) at Transitions Bookstores on Friday evening, Sept. 30, 2005. These were the only plans we made, leaving the rest of our weekend in the hands of the Omni and the local scene.
