we enjoyed our stay at the point but felt the customer service we received from 'Lori' was very poor. we understand she may have been having a bad day but it is still unexcusable. Everything was very clean and orderly. as far as location, it was not good due to heavy traffic and only 1 way in or out of town.

No breakfast at 6:30 AM. Need reservation for the pool. 10 $ surcharge for internet. No one at front desk from 6:30-7 AM. Charged my credit card by ORBITZ and by the hotel again. TV SET miniature size.
