Go for the efficiency units because they are litterally inches from the shoreline of the Lake. You will have postcard-perfect memories of the incredible lake view for the rest of your life. Rooms are rather basic, but clean and functional. It's all about the location and view, which can not be beat! On-site owners of this motel were very accomodating and helpful.

I have been coming here for 5 years from Cape Cod. I trailer the boat and it is docked right outside my door. Harry and Elaine are great host and the rooms are very lovely. It is quiet and so beautiful. I plan on coming here every september for the next 30+ years!!!

Unfortunately i could spend only for one night in this beautiful motel at the Lake Winnipesaukee on my round trip through New England. My comfortable and very clean room was only 3 meter away from the water! Perfect!

I enjoyed the Belknap Point Motel very much. It has just unbelievable views that would be hard to beat anywhere else. The rooms are decent. I wouldn't say Posh, but comfortable and clean. If you have a boat, docks are just outside your room. I wouldn't advertise swimming however. A small beachish corner, but not a good access to the water, ...

What a great place to stay. Our room was only 10 feel from the water. The views of the mountains across the lake are breath taking especially at sunrise. There is a beach area and tables on the porch with bbq. Our hosts (owners) were great from first phone call to checkout. We have a favorite vacation spot!!! A+
