Quiet, clean, staff pleasant, easy access. Morning breakfast is a bit pricey, but good variety.

The hotel has a fantastic pool, is easy to get to AND has trolley access to the rest of SD. I am staying here everytime I visit SD.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Peaceful and quiet for couples and family. The menu at the hotel could be upgraded to more selections. Would be nice to have some Mexican food since we were so close to Mexico. Overall I would select this hotel again for a peaceful stay in San Diego.

the absolute best hotel staff, mr maxwell at front desk was the most pleasant and helpful. hotel's about 5-10 mins drive to almost everything fun in SD. Balboa park & zoo is definite must.

We had an awesome vacation! The staff was very helpful and courteous, and the food (room service as well as the lobby restaurant) was good. The view from our rooms was not that great but it was not bad either. The hotel was approx. a $20.00 taxi ride to most tourist attractions. All and all I definitely recommend this hotel!!

Great hotel, great staff, great room, wonderful stay! You have to pay to park and its a little expensive, but overall it was the best place I have ever stayed in.

Stayed here on business and was very pleased with the experience. My room was very nice and had a great view to the west, so it was nice to watch the sunset from my "balcony". I wish hotels didn't have to charge such high prices for the bottled water that they have availble in the rooms, but the bottles were clearly marked. Would like to go back and spend more time at this hotel, it has a pretty good location too.

Only the food was good . I can't see why people give it 5 Stars.It dserves a 0 Star.The rooms was dirty. I would give it a 0 for Effort. That's all I have for today. I hope it don't go out of BUSINESS.
