beautiful scenery with lake behind,neat and clean area,very cooperative and helpful staff ,who go all out to make your stay comfortable.Will stay again when passing by.

First time we stayefd enjoyed our stay, very nice man and wife ran the place. Last time we went, dog cages all over the grounds, people on front dest very rude, especially older foreign man. Carpet filthy in our room, toliet problems. When complained just brushed us off. Will not return.

Reasonably neat, with a microwave and small fridge in the room. A nice enough outdoor pool, too. Nice spacious grounds and a good location. I was charged a little more than I had been told over the phone when I made my reservation.

We stumbled on this motel via out AAA tour book and were very pleased with the management and room. Nothing fancy for sure, but nice and clean and close to Marshall for antique shopping and dinner at Schuler's. Economic for the older "fixed budget" traveler.

We stayed on 2-3-07 to 2-4-07. It was real nice room was clean and big. the weather was real nasty outside so we stayed in. The temp. outside was -25 or colder. It came time to check out and our car would not start and it was 10:30 a.m. I call the front desk to see if they had a jump box and they didn't but they came with their own truck and ...

We travel for dog shows and it's very convenient and wonderful for the dogs. Close to town and the people are great. Rooms did need new TV's, but all in all, very comfortable!

We have stayed twice at the Arbor Motel and would liken it to a cozy motor inn with a somewhat dated decor yet very clean. The motel is situated directly off the highway yet the land offers a small man-made lake with a very pretty scenery, picnic tables and several bbq's for outdoor cooking.
